When it’s time to close the cat door, simply use the designated slots found on the door and squeeze to gently bring the door down – no annoying dog door that’s been left open to trip over! This dog gate has an extra wide 22” door for the entire family to walk through with ease. To control the direction that the gate swings, a swing control lever allows you to decide - swing in one direction or allow the gate to swing in both directions. There’s also a glow-in-the-dark feature which illuminates the large easy-grip handle, making it easy for you to see and open the gate at night. This dog gate comes in a crisp white finish that will blend seamlessly with any home decor, while its heavy-duty steel construction is chew-proof and built to last. This gate fits openings from 29.75 - 40.5 inches wide and comes with two extensions. Quickly and easily install this pressure-mounted gate with the twist of the tension mounts. Safety and containment all wrapped up in one gate – how simple. Please note: When you unpack this gate you will notice that it is not square. This is normal and the gate is not damaged. It is manufactured at a pre-set angle so when it is installed properly in the opening, it will maintain the correct amount of tension and prevent it from being pushed out of the opening under normal use.
