Isoxsuprine Hydrochloride causes dialation of the blood vessels to help improve blood flow to the hooves. Isoxsuprine Hydrochloride is a vasodilating agent and easy to administer. This product requires a prescription. Isoxsuprine should not be administered to animals immediately post-partum or in the presence of arterial bleeding. Warning: After parenteral administration, horses may show symptoms of CNS stimulation (uneasiness, hyperexcitability, nose-rubbing) or sweating.
