1. To open package break heat stake by either pressing cap with thumb directly above heat stake or tapping cap against a hard surface or twisting cap. Do not use if heat stake is not intact.
2. Push needle sheath and syringe through rigid sleeve. Withdraw syringe and needle from rigid sleeve.
3. (Push on Pull off). Insert needle sheath into small opening of sleeve. Push sheath firmly into sleeve to seat needle securely to syringe.
