Once you've located the medications and supplies your pet needs, add the item(s) to your shopping cart. After you are done shopping, just click "Checkout" to complete the order by providing your billing, shipping and payment information. If you are ordering any prescription medications, we'll also ask you to tell us about your pet and your veterinarian. Then, sit back and relax while your order is delivered to your front door; most orders are shipped the same day!
What if I'm ordering a prescription medication?
Ordering your pet's prescription medication from ShopPetX is simple. Once you've chosen the medication, added it to your cart, and started the checkout process, we'll ask you for your pet's veterinarian information. After you submit the order, we'll reach out to your veterinarian for an approval. Once the prescription is approved, we'll ship your order to you!
